We recommend arriving in Khon Kaen between 11:00 am and 12:30 pm on Day 1. On the final day, we recommend booking a departure flight after 5:30 pm.

How do I confirm a booking?

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is payable 15 days before arrival.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation requests must be made in writing by email. Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival are eligible for a full refund, less any non-recoverable costs already incurred. Cancellations made 15–29 days before arrival are eligible for a 50% refund, less any non-recoverable costs already incurred. Cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival are non-refundable.
